It’s probably not the most appropriate trip to take with the bike, but it’s certainly spectacular. The depression under the Pietrosul Peak looks spectacular and it’s very wild. The access to the base is very easy (probably suitable for cars, too). The area is very clean and nice. After the crossing of the Via Maria Teresia road, the climbing becomes much more steep and rocky. The ridge is spectacular, but more appropriate for hiking then biking. You can leave the bikes in the valley if you want to make it to the summit. Enjoy!
